At Victory Tool, you’ll work alongside experienced toolmakers as you learn how to build, repair, and maintain high end precision metal stamping dies. This role offers real shop experience, mentorship, and a direct path into a rewarding future in manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in building new stamping dies from concept through completion.
- Support repairs and maintenance to ensure tools perform at their best.
- Perform setup, alignment, and precision adjustments on tooling.
- Gain exposure and experience in CNC machining, surface grinding, wire EDM, and other key toolroom processes.
